Terms of use

drobek.app is run by me, Tomáš Grasl, a solo developer from the Czech Republic who lives in Finland and sometimes in Brno. By using it you agree to the following.

What you may not publish

No phishing or impersonation of other brands, no malware, no spam, nothing that infringes someone else's copyright, nothing illegal. You are responsible for the apps you publish and for what your agent builds on your behalf.

Publishing

Anyone can sign up, build and publish; previews work at once. I get an e-mail about every published app. I can turn off publishing for a workspace, and I take down apps that break these terms.

Reports and takedowns

Anyone can report an app at drobek.app/report (every app also points there at /.well-known/drobek-report). When an app breaks these terms I take it down: it is unpublished and locked, its addresses answer with a notice linking to this page, and its owners get an e-mail.

Plans and limits

Every account starts on the free plan. The platform enforces the limits of your plan and its own fair-use limits (compile sizes, request rates, e-mail budgets). I move accounts to the paid plan by hand.

No guarantees

drobek.app is provided as it is. I do my best to keep it running and backed up, but I cannot promise uninterrupted service or that no data is ever lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Your data

Your apps, their versions and the data your apps collect from their users are stored on drobek.app's server so it can run them. Secrets you enter in the dashboard are stored encrypted and never shown back.

Analytics

This website, www.drobek.app, counts visits with Google Analytics 4, but only after you allow it in the line at the bottom of the page. Until then, and if you say no, nothing is loaded from Google and no cookie is set. If you allow it, Google Analytics sets its own _ga cookies and Google receives the page you view, your browser and your approximate location, plus a few named clicks on this site: that you copied the plugin install lines, the MCP address or the llms.txt link, or followed a link such as Source, Start building or Sign in. Never your e-mail or what you type. Advertising features are off. You can change your choice at any time with “Analytics” in the footer. The dashboard at drobek.app and the apps people publish on drobek do not use it.

I may change these terms; the current version is always on this page.
